Six Times Past the Dead Squirrel

They're still doing work on the track at CMU, so we headed to our favorite block in Shadyside to do our 6 x 1k repeats. Who knows how accurate we were with the distance, but I think a 1k might be my favorite repeat interval.

It looked as though there were women walking the track this morning...we might be in business next week.
