The Father-in-Law Route

We are in Carlisle this weekend for Nathan's cousin's wedding, so I gave my father-in-law a heads up that I was going to need a 12 mile route. We sat down on Friday night when we got in to go over my two options. I had a country option or a town option. He also offered to pump up the tires on Maggie's bike so that Nathan could ride with me! I ended up going with the country route since it was a simple triangle and only required me to remember two turns. I started out pretty early because I knew there was a high of ninety predicted for the day. It was a beautiful run, kind of reminded me of running at Grove City in cow pastures and cornfields. Nathan ended up playing tennis with his dad (instead of riding Maggie's bike with me) and then met me for about the last mile and a half and finished with me.
