HUMID Tempo

Well for a day filled with rain, it was pretty ironic that last night's run was sunny, hot and humid (until of course I stepped on my porch as it started to pour). The 5 mile run was actually very nice as I did a portion of our last 10 mile loop. I need to start finding routes that do not end on massive hills - I guess that means I have to start doing them backwards...But again, Frick Park saved me from the heat and the busy-ness of cars.
