Military Training
I learned a new workout via Katie & John via Deb & Nick. Katie, John, Nancy and Dave (John's parents) and myself ran down to the local park and then did the military workout - 1 chinup, then twice that amount in situps and pushups. We went up to 3 and then worked our way back down. Katie and I got some good help from John on the chinups. We then did some yoga in the freshly mowed grass!
