Pre-Pre Nuptial Run

It was the first weekday run after we've all moved away and it brought back so many lovely memories of the past...running down a deserted E. Carson street in the dark...crossing the .7 mile long Birmingham bridge...running shirtless at least one day every month in unseasonably warm temperatures...It really made me miss our runs in the past but got me excited for 1) Saturday's actual pre-nup run and 2)the actual possibility of us being able to run together again in the mornings!!! Miss you girls!

Sitting Idle

So I know that for some people it will remain crazy for the next month or so....but I've run one time since I got married (YES - exactly one month ago!)...I need some motivation. I know I don't want to train for a marathon during tax season again...but there has to be something we can do and then go on long runs together...it's been way too long...any suggestions are more than welcome!
